Within the PPO health plan, co-pays for Regenexx consultations will be waived and there will be a $500 co-pay per date of service for Regenexx procedures. Within the high-deductible health plan, Regenexx services are covered at 100% with no additional member responsibility after the minimum deductible has been met. Non-Regenexx services may fall under a different benefit level, and may or may not be treated as in-network.
