Regenexx is covered as an in-network benefit within the Larimer County health plans. Regenexx services are covered at 100% under the PPO health plans, with no assigned member responsibility. Deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance are waived. Under the HDHP plan, Regenexx services are covered at 100% after deductible has been met. Non-Regenexx services may fall under a different benefit level, and may or may not be treated as in-network. Charges depend on your specific plan details and your current deductible status, if applicable.
