Your Benefits and Coverage
Mission Based Health Benefits plans offer coverage for Regenexx services. Patients on the Value Advantage plan are responsible for meeting their deductible and then Regenexx services are covered at 100%. For other plans, there?s a $350 copay for each condition treated which applies to evaluations and procedures. Once that amount has been met, the rest of the treatment for that condition is covered at 100%. Treating of an additional site or injury will have a separate copay. Non-Regenexx services may fall under a different benefit level and different benefits and coverage may apply.
