Your Benefits and Coverage
Regenexx services are covered at 100% within the Wagman health plans. Under the PPO plans, there is no member responsibility. Under the HSA plan, Regenexx services will be covered at 100% after the deductible has been met, and members will be reimbursed through payroll for any deductible amounts paid in association with Regenexx services. Within the group, Wagman requires imaging to be done through Highmark Blue Shield?s network to receive full, in-network benefits. Non-Regenexx services may fall under a different benefit level and may or may not be treated as in-network.
