Regenexx is covered as an in-network benefit for 7-Eleven employees enrolled in a BCBS plan; those enrolled in a Kaiser or Surest plan are not eligible for Regenexx services. For covered persons under a non-high deductible plan, deductible costs for Regenexx services are waived. Coinsurance, copay and out-of-pocket expense limits still apply. For covered persons under a high-deductible health plan, Regenexx services will be covered at 100% after covered persons have met the federal minimum deductible requirement of $1,600 for individuals or $3,200 for families.
