Regenexx is covered as an in-network benefit within the Urschel Laboratories health plans. For the PPO plan, there is a $49 co-pay for the initial consult and all other services are covered at 100%. For the HDHP plan, Regenexx services are covered at 100% with no additional member responsibility after the deductible has been met. The deductible is $1,600 for individual coverage and $3,200 for families. Non-Regenexx services may fall under a different benefit level and may or may not be treated as in-network.
