About

Being a physician is important to Dr. Shaikh because of his innate desire to help people and support them during difficult moments in their lives. He approaches patient care with the same compassion, respect, and attentiveness he would want for himself or his family. His primary specialty is Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, where he treats patients with back pain, joint pain, and a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Dr. Shaikh believes that careful listening and individualized care are essential to building trust and helping patients feel supported. His clinical philosophy emphasizes collaboration, patient education, and understanding of each individual’s needs.

Dr. Shaikh is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Brain Injury Medicine. He has also completed fellowship training and is board certified in both Adult and Pediatric Pain Medicine. This comprehensive training allows him to care for patients across the lifespan with complex pain and injury-related conditions. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Shaikh serves as faculty for the American College of Independent Medical Examiners. He remains committed to advancing patient-centered care through clinical excellence, education, and lifelong learning.
