Anthony LoMonaco, DO

I became a physician to unite my passion for scientific inquiry with a deep respect for the human body, with the goal of improving not only longevity but also quality of life. My path was shaped by my father, an internist of over 40 years, whose patient relationships were grounded in trust, compassion, and mutual respect—principles I strive to reflect in my own practice. I was also influenced by my grandmother’s experience with metastatic lung cancer, which instilled in me a lasting commitment to more thoughtful and humane approaches to pain management. I take a highly personal approach to care, valuing the opportunity to understand each patient’s story and build meaningful, trust-based relationships. Over the past 15 years in practice, I have remained dedicated to this patient-centered philosophy, earning the trust of both patients and referring physicians through consistent, attentive care.

Clinically, I have extensive experience in pain management and advanced procedural techniques, including the treatment of degenerative disc disease. I have also contributed to physician education, supporting other clinicians in developing skills in advanced procedural approaches. Outside of medicine, I enjoy a full and active family life with my wife, our three daughters, and our two goldendoodles. In my free time, I stay active through exercise and enjoy playing ice hockey whenever my schedule allows.
