About
Dr. Faciane is a double board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine, specializing in interventional procedures to help patients improve function, optimize health, and reduce pain to assist patients in maximizing their lives.
He was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he graduated from Jesuit High School before attending LSU for his undergraduate studies. He attended LSU Medical School in New Orleans, finishing at the top of his class, and then completed a residency in PM&R, where he was the chief resident in his fourth year, and a fellowship in Pain Medicine at LSU. Upon completion of his training, he began practicing at Spine Care of Metairie and is a clinical professor at LSU where he teaches both residents and fellows.
He and his wife, Emily, have four children: John, Mary, Amelia, and Catherine. He enjoys weightlifting, deer hunting, watching baseball, spending time with his family, and coaching his children in multiple sports.
