Juan Ramos, MD

I became a doctor to help those around me. My goal is identifying, understanding, and treating pain with a multidisciplinary approach which includes medication management, psycho-social guidance, interventional and regenerative techniques. I believe in individualized treatment plans addressing the biological, psychological, and social aspect of living with chronic pain to help each patient along their road to healing.

I have served the Treasure Coast of Florida which includes Martin and St Lucie Counties since 2016. Historically this has been a very small and tight-knit community and thus achieving and maintaining a good reputation is done almost entirely through word of mouth and excellent care.

My expertise is in multidisciplinary pain management. Practicing within an orthopedic group I have special interest in acute and chronic degenerative musculoskeletal disorders of the spine and large joints. I have special interest in neuromodulation / spinal stimulation techniques and regenerative medicine techniques / orthobiologics.

I am a very mellow and relaxed person. I try to be mindful, present and thankful for the good things life provides. I love music, especially experiencing live music. I play guitar for fun. Otherwise, I enjoy spending time with my family, we love beach activities, bike riding and camping. I am married, have 2 boys 10 and 4 years old and 2 dogs a mixed breed and a French bulldog.

Although I have not served, I have the greatest respect and love for Veterans, in fact part of my training was at a VA clinic, and part of my long-term plan is to return to the VA when I am ready to change professional gears.
