Following his residency, Dr. Darr set his roots in Covington, Louisiana, 30 years ago and since been a key provider at Covington Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute, serving both the Covington and New Orleans market. He is a respected figure in the Louisiana’s medical community, with a reputation for his excellence locally and nationally.

As a national leader in orthopedic medicine and surgery, Dr. Darr is renowned for his expertise in cellular therapy and alternative treatments for orthopedic conditions.
