Doctors

Prior to medical school, I worked with many individuals who were functionally and physically limited due to a variety of painful and debilitating conditions. I believe they all deserve a physician that will do everything possible to provide them the opportunity to live a fulfilling life. I strive to be that physician that will listen to them, correctly diagnose their conditions, and compassionately work with them to provide a customized regimen of therapeutic options.

I have lived in Hattiesburg and the surrounding south Mississippi area for most of my life. Most of my extended family still resides in the area as well. We are fully invested in the health and well-being of our friends, family and neighbors around us.

I attended the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and completed my residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Louisville. I am a Board-Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, a specialty specifically focused on providing medical care for those functionally limited due to neurological and musculoskeletal disabling conditions. I am fellowship-trained in Interventional Spine, having trained with Dr. Michael DePalma at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. I am also Board-Certified in Sports Medicine.

My wife (Liz) and I enjoy spending time with our 4 children, attending sporting events, working out at the gym, traveling and spending as much time as possible in the mountains or at the beach.
