As a KISx Card member, you have excellent coverage for Regenexx services.

Participants in a PPO plan: No cost to the member.
Participants in a qualified high-deductible plan: Members will be responsible for meeting their deductible up to the federal minimum of $1,400 for individuals or $2,800 for families. These members will be reimbursed for deductible payments via payroll contributions from their employer.

KISx Card

Your exact member responsibility and the amount you owe for services will depend on your specific plan and what you have met toward your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.
