Regenexx is covered as an in-network benefit within the Haskell health plans. In-network benefits for specialist services within your plan and in-network deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums apply for all Regenexx services. Coverage for the 1000/6850 plans is at 100% and the 6500 Plan covered at 100% after federal minimum deductible. Non-Regenexx services may fall under a different benefit level, and may or may not be treated as in-network.
