Dr. Dianne Obayan became a physician out of a deep commitment to helping people restore their health and quality of life. Known for her compassionate bedside manner, she takes time to listen attentively and create individualized treatment plans that lead to rapid and long lasting relief. Her care style emphasizes empathy, respect, and treating the whole person.

For more than 25 years, Dr. Obayan has served patients in the greater Detroit area through her practice, Pain and Rehabilitation Physicians in Lathrup Village. Under her leadership, the clinic has grown to provide over 20,000 patient visits for pain management and is expanding with a second location to broaden access to care.

Board certified in Pain Management, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Sports Medicine, Dr. Obayan specializes in non-surgical treatment of painful conditions. She brings expertise in regenerative medicine to help patients heal, reduce pain, and avoid unnecessary surgery by focusing on long term outcomes rather than temporary relief.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Obayan is passionate about service and has volunteered on international medical mission trips, including caring for underserved communities in Honduras. She also enjoys spending time with her family, nurturing her spiritual life, and attending world class tennis championships as a lifelong fan of the sport.
