Dr. Berger is passionate about individualized, patient-centered care, diagnosing the underlying causes of complex spine and musculoskeletal pain and then developing a comprehensive treatment plan to get his patients back to doing what they love most.

An interventional orthopedic specialist with The Regenerative Joint and Spine Center at Premier Orthopaedics, he is quadruple board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain medicine, sports medicine, and electrodiagnostic medicine.

Dr. Berger has authored award-winning research articles and book chapters, has lectured extensively in the field and has served as principal investigator for grant-funded research studies. Additionally, he has been honored as a Philadelphia Magazine and Main Line Today "Top Doctor."

When not working, he most enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, running marathons, practicing Pilates, playing tennis, and reliving the Eagles Super Bowl LII victory.

Dr. Scollon-Grieve, or Dr. Kelly, as most of her patients call her, is an interventional orthopedic specialist with The Regenerative Joint and Spine Center at Premier Orthopaedics in the Main Line region of Philadelphia. She has interests in the musculoskeletal system and maintaining and improving her patients’ function.

Board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, she has continued to advance her knowledge and skillset with specialized training in musculoskeletal ultrasound and regenerative orthopedics with the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, Regenexx, and the Interventional Orthopedics Foundation.

Dr. Scollon-Grieve has been named Top Doctor in Orthopedics by Main Line Today Magazine for multiple consecutive years and has received the prestigious honor of Top Physicians under 40 by the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

As a former ballerina with the Rock School of the Pennsylvania Ballet, she is passionate about performing arts, dance, exercise, and sports. She spends her free time being a dance, soccer and squash mom and traveling with her family husband and three children.
