Regenexx is covered as an in-network benefit within the IAFF HWT health plans. Under the IAFF HWT plans, imaging is done by the Regence BlueShield network locally and the National BlueCard PPO network outside the Regence service area. In-network benefits for specialist services within your plan and in-network co-pay, deductibles, and out-of-pocket coverage apply for all Regenexx services. Non-Regenexx services may fall under a different benefit level, and may or may not be treated as in-network. Charges depend on your specific plan details and your current deductible status, if applicable.
