Your Benefits and Coverage

Regenexx is covered as an in-network benefit within the Kokomo Grain health plans. For the PPO plan, the deductible is waived, but the plan is subject to coinsurance and out-of-pocket maximums for all Regenexx services. For the HDHP plan, there is no member responsibility after the deductible has been met. Non-Regenexx services may fall under a different benefit level, and may or may not be treated as in-network.
