Regenexx is covered as an in-network benefit within the Reformed Benefits Association health plans. Regenexx services are covered at 100% for the PPO plan and after the deductible has been met for the HDHP plan. Regenexx services are covered at 100% for those on the Surest plan. Non-Regenexx services may fall under a different benefit level, and may or may not be treated as in-network. Charges depend on your specific plan details, current deductible, and out-of-pocket status.
