Regenexx is covered under the Crescent Parts & Equipment health plans. Within the PPO Plan, evaluations and procedures are covered at 100% with no assigned member responsibility. Within the HDHP Plan, deductible and coinsurance apply. Non-Regenexx services, including imaging, medical devices and physical therapy, may fall under a different benefit level and may or may not be treated as in-network.
