Your Benefits and Coverage

Regenexx is covered as an enhanced in-network benefit within The Lanier Law Firm health plans. Deductible for Regenexx services is waived for those on the $1750 co-pay plan. Those on the high-deductible plan are responsible for meeting the plan deductible of $4,000 per individual. After that deductible has been met, Regenexx services are covered at 100% with no additional member responsibility. Non-Regenexx services may fall under a different benefit. Charges depend on your specific plan details and your current deductible and out-of-pocket status.
